Our local beauty salon began as a dream, a vision of creating a space where clients could come to escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in the latest beauty trends.

I have been a stylist since 1989 and have never looked back. I love this industry, from the business aspect to helping my employees make every guest feel welcome and cared for. In 2013, my husband and I proudly took over Salon Synergy. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the support of wonderful employees and guests throughout the years. I am blessed to have my husband and two sons by my side. We enjoy spending time together with family and friends and watching sporting events. I also cherish the moments spent with my girlfriends, especially in the mountains or at the beach. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and support.

I have been part of the Salon Synergy family since 2000. My role involves ensuring smooth operations by handling orders, payroll, computer work, and managing the front desk. I love assisting clients and my teammates. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, and attending sporting events with my husband and two sons.

Since 2009, I have been a receptionist and Aveda ambassador here at Salon Synergy. I enjoy being a daymaker and helping guests find solutions for their concerns. On my days off, you can find me cooking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors with my family.

Hi, my name is Angie. I started in this industry back when I was just 16 years old as a shampoo assistant. Officially beginning my career in 1988, I have witnessed the incredible changes and evolution in this business. Meeting and working with wonderful people, especially my current guests, has been my favorite part. I strive to provide top-notch customer service and find the best cut, color, and style for their needs. When I’m not at the salon, I enjoy expressing my creativity through various types of decorating, including weddings, parties, and home decor. Spending quality time with my husband, daughter, family, and friends is something I absolutely love. Going to any beach is my favorite “happy place.”

I enjoy doing color, especially highlighting, and helping my guests find a haircut that makes them feel great about themselves. When I’m not at the salon, I love spending time with my husband and two children, enjoying the outdoors, and finding a great book to read.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth, but I mostly go by Liz. I am the nail tech here at Salon Synergy. I specialize in manicures and pedicures. I love seeing my clients walk out with a smile on their face from the color on their nails. I specialize in The Gel Bottle gel manicures and Dazzle Dry manicures and pedicures. I have been doing nails for most of my life but started professionally in 2019. When I’m not with the salon family, I love spending time with my family and friends. Additionally, when I’m not polishing nails at work, you’ll find me doing some kind of artsy craft at home.

I have been a stylist since 2014, and I love all the relationships I build with coworkers and clients at the salon. I have a passion for short hair cutting and men’s haircuts. Outside of the salon, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my son and husband.

Since I was a kid, I always knew I wanted to be a hairstylist. In 1994, right after high school, I followed my heart and enrolled in a cosmetology program. I have been working with Aveda since 2001 in New York City. Now, I am here in Lancaster county, and I would love to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kayla. I’ve been a hairdresser in Lancaster County for the last eight wonderful years. I love working with brides, and doing creative color services. When I’m not at the salon I spend a lot of my time in my backyard, gardening and taking care of our chickens with my son, husband, and our dogs. I can’t wait to make your hair dreams come true.

I have been in the industry since 2021. Growing up in the salon and watching my grandmother master her art behind the chair, I developed my own passion for hair at a young age. In my free time, I love being outdoors and hanging out with family and friends. When I’m behind the chair, I enjoy doing balayage, lived-in color, and blondes. I find joy in helping others feel and look their best!

I have been an esthetician since 2016 and a Face Reality Acne Specialist since 2018. I find joy in being an esthetician because I love helping others gain confidence in themselves. You can truly change a person’s life by coaching and educating them on skincare. In my free time, I enjoy making soap and candles, camping, gardening, and spending quality time with my husband and two boys.

Emily has been with the salon since March 2018. She welcomes our guests with a smile and her warm personality. She assists everyone at the salon by cleaning combs, doing laundry, sweeping, and dusting. When she isn’t at the salon, helping at a school cafeteria, or assisting at her local library, she enjoys attending I Am Able fitness classes twice a week and going to different events with her friends from Community Connections and Kathy’s Circle of Friends. She enjoys spending time with family and her two dogs.

I started cosmetology school in September of 2023 and I will be graduating in September of 2025. While not in school and the salon I Love being outdoors, going for long drives and being on new adventures. I can’t wait to meet you at the salon!

Hi! I’m Jayeden! I became a Hairstylist, and esthetician in 2014 and also got certified in 2025 as a laser technician. I have had a passion for the beauty industry and what it means to an individual since I was very young. My favorite services include haircuts, color and facial services. When I am not a work, you can find me outdoors with my husband and friends. I love making jewelry and doing art at home with my cats! Can’t wait to meet you and have you in my chair.

I live in Richland with my family and love spending time with them. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with a good book or movie!
